Albuquerque house Rental Property Information

This home just finished an $80,000 remodel renovation and is absolutely beautiful. Reservations are now being accepted. The Game Room has a pool table, dartboard, Playstation II, card playing table, air hockey and numerous board and yard games. Great location with quick access to airport, State Fair grounds, Sandia Labs, Kirtland Air Force Base, VA hospital, Bullhead sports park and much more. Nestled in a beautiful neighborhood called Siesta Hills with dead end streets, limited traffic entrances and parks. Home has hardwood floors in living rooms and halls, deep plush carpet in all bedrooms, and tile in kitchen and baths. There is a wood burning fireplace in the huge living room and fire wood is provided. The largest sports complex park is located one block away, Bullhead Park, and there is a community park one block the other way. The house is a few easy walking blocks to the VA Hospital if you are here visiting an in-patient. The Albuquerque airport is just 4 mi. away.
