Additional Info: The cottage has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. The cottage has its own large and private 200 sq ft deck. The deck has a patio table and chairs for four, a trickling fountain, a barbecue for grilling and beautiful mountain views where you can soak in the Santa Barbara sunshine. A large skywindow inside drenches the interior with sunlight and creates a great space to read or watch the palms sway in the wind. The kitchen is modern and bright with new cabinets and appliances. The living room, dining room, and bedroom all have oak hardwood flooring throughout. The cottage also has its own separate washer and dryer, a microwave and ironing board. A queen size sleeper sofa allows the cottage to accommodate up to Five people.
The cottage is a great choice if you desire a central location with private outdoor spaces for both kids & pets and is within walking distance to both the beach and shopping downtown.
