Beacon Hill villa Rental Property Information

This luxurious oceanfront villa is ideal for groups of friends or for a fabulous family vacation. The house is a mini guest house with a three-bedroom/three-bath main house with a large covered outdoor dining terrace for meals and cocktails. There are three studio apartments that can be rented separately -- each with a kitchenette. If you just want a studio, you'll have your own private oceanfront terrace off each studio. This is great if you have a large family with children or grandchildren. You'll have complete privacy as each studio has its own cable TV, phone, and small kitchenette. All of the bedrooms are air-conditioned. The main kitchen is new and is fully equipped should you feel like enjoying a meal at home with the best view of the sunset on the island. Amenities include a phone, cable TV, a stereo system, and a VCR for your home entertainment. Special instructions for computer use will be given should you need this service.

Our Staff Our housekeeper/manager is there six days a week to see that your stay will be carefree and memorable. Our maintenance manager is on call should you need a quick fix to any problem. We are close to restaurants, shopping, and casinos should you want to leave this dream house and enjoy the amenities of St. Maarten. We know you will be thrilled having selected this lovely villa for your next vacation.

Our neighborhood Beacon Hill is a residential area very close to the hot stops on the Dutch side. We are a short walk to the entrance to Burgeaux Bay, a block or two further to Maho Beach and the Maho shopping area and the Caravanserai hotel. Many restaurants and shops and groceries are in the neighborhood

Nearby Casa Boco We are close to casinos, water sports, tennis and the only golf course on the island. Beautiful Mullet Bay is just a few minute drive from our villa.

Guest Book September 24, 2006 Hello, I want just to thank you for the great vacation that I spent in your villa Casa Boco one week ago. It was exactly what I desired. I loved the really large sun deck with swimming pool and the quiet private atmosphere. I visited most of the beaches on the island and I found every of them wonderful. But then I was always looking forward to come back to Casa Boco to see the beautiful sunsets. Maybe in the future, when I have my own wife and children, I would like to contact you to be able to share this fantastic atmosphere on the island with them.
