Completed in 1999, this romantic oceanfront cottage offers all modern amenities in a tranquil setting by the sea. The exterior is made of stone and timber. The interior features high beamed cathedral ceilings, and tongue and groove cypress paneled walls, as well as some walls of stone.
The furnishings are quite special. Some are antique, and some are whimsical. All are comfortable and high quality, providing an environment far above what one would expect in a rental or beach property. There are ceiling fans in all the rooms. But if the breeze should ever stop, air-conditioning -- which is metered separately -- is available for a nominal cost.
Large wooden decks are at the water's edge, with lounge chairs awaiting you for sunning, reading, or just sitting and enjoying the wonderful view of the sea, as waves gently lap the shore.
The Cottage at Ocean Point is built on two separate floors. Each floor has a bedroom, kitchen, living room, bathroom, and a screened porch.

Further Details for the cottage in Turks & Caicos
The cottage is ideal for one or two couples, since it provides total privacy between the floors. It's not suitable for infants however, since the two bedrooms are not connected in the interior.
You may wish to rent a boat and dock it in your backyard, or jump in the water from the boat slip. A four-minute walk will take you to a lovely sugar-white sandy beach with a foot-friendly bottom and pale turquoise waters. Or walk four minutes in a different direction, and be on the tennis courts. There's no charge to play.
A short drive away is an 18-hole golf course, a casino, notable restaurants, scuba diving, fishing charters, deep-sea fishing and light tackle, and some of the friendliest people you will ever meet.
Our manager will meet you at the airport when you arrive, and will lead the way to The Cottage at Ocean Point where you will begin a most memorable stay. Brochures are available.
