Located on top of the mountain, this property offers panoramic views of lovely Lake Tahoe from the deck and from a wall of windows stretching across the living room and dining room. You can sit on the deck and watch spectacular unobstructed sunsets over Lake Tahoe. This recently updated condo is conveniently located within walking distance of the slopes of Heavenly Valley, Nevada -- and it affords a nice view onto them. Heavenly Valley is but one of over 20 ski resorts within a one-hour drive of Lake Tahoe. Lake Tahoe is very well-known as a winter destination; but there is just as much to do in the summer, spring, and fall. Several world-class golf courses are located here. And the area boasts enough hiking trails to keep the most avid hikers busy, including challenging Mount Tallac. There is an almost-completed, 150-mile Tahoe Rim Hiking Trail circling the lake; and it's only two hours from Yosemite National Park.

Of course, summer offers all of the usual lake activities including parasailing, hot air ballooning. swimming, boating, and fishing. This fully-furnished condo was recently refurbished with new carpet, tile, and paint. It features a comfortable, attractive mountain decor. Vaulted ceilings and lots of windows make it bright and cheery. There is a large fireplace in the living room, as well as two TV's/VCR's and a CD player for a comfortable evening in. For a more active evening, you can take the shuttle bus or drive less than ten minutes away for an evening of entertainment in the casinos. The full kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, disposal, dishwasher, and a full-size range. All dishes, cooking utensils, pots and pans, and linens are provided. And there's an in-unit washer/dryer. The resort includes a swimming pool and outdoor hot tub. A shuttle bus runs frequently to the swimming pool/hot tub complex, as well as to the ski slopes and casinos.

We are located one hour from the Reno, Nevada airport via a four-lane highway. We are just two hours from Sacramento, and four hours from San Francisco.
