On the south shore of Key West is a home with the best of both worlds: it is less than a mile from Old Town Key West, yet it is right on the beach, with commanding views of the Atlantic Ocean. You’ll be able to sit on your balcony and watch the cruise ships come in, or pop into town to see them up close on Mallory Square. Either way, you’ll experience the best that Key West has to offer. “Southwinds” has a completely equipped kitchen, with everything a good chef would need to prepare the most ambitious meals. The dining table will seat six persons. There are two sofas and a large lounge chair and ottoman in the living room so everyone will be comfortable watching the 42” high definition flat screen TV. Large sliding doors provide a panoramic view of the ocean.

Sleeping Accommodations… This home will accommodate up to six adults: The master bedroom has a king size bed, walk-in closet, and its own in-suite bathroom. The large sliding glass doors open to the balcony. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a bathroom that can be private, or shared with additional guests; there is a sleeper sofa in the front room nearby. We can also provide rollaway beds to accommodate as many as 8 guests.

Two pools right on the Atlantic Ocean, and more… This condo is located the Key West Beach Club, a gated community that not only has its own beach, but two beautiful pools right on the ocean, so you'll have those cooling ocean breezes all the time. There are a generous number of chaises and tables with umbrellas, even an outdoor kitchen and dining area at each pool for your BBQ parties. For the fitness-minded, there is a fitness room with treadmills and universal gym, including cable TV. If you like to bicycle, you’ll be glad to know that the bike route runs right by the entrance to the Key West Beach Club. You’ll have 2 assigned parking spaces in the garage right under your condo, where you can also keep your rented bikes.
