This private four-bedroom/two-bath waterfront home with beach and deep-water boat mooring is only minutes from golfing and tennis. The house has a western exposure, with beautiful sunset views from the deck.
The island of Martha's Vineyard is just off the coast of Cape Cod. Although just 30 miles long and 11 miles wide, the island is very diverse; each village has its own flavor, from gingerbread cottages to the stately sea captain's home.
There are many beaches and fresh-water ponds for swimming. This secluded waterfront home is in a beautiful setting -- just a bicycle ride to tennis, golfing, shopping, and many fine restaurants.
There is a spacious living and dining area with cathedral ceilings, which overlooks the water. There are two queen-size beds, one double bed, two twins, and a double pull-out bed in the family room. There are two full baths, and an outdoor shower.
Modern kitchen facilities include a dishwasher, breakfast bar, washer, dryer, and a color TV.

Deck and lounge chairs are provided, with a table and umbrella set up. The furnishings are tasteful. There is a large wrap-around deck overlooking the water.
There is excellent swimming, shellfishing, and a deep-water mooring at the property -- with open ocean access. From the house you can enjoy windsurfing, swimming, and all water sports.
Children are welcome. Pets are negotiable. Handicapped access is fair.
The house is about one mile from the golf course and tennis courts, and a ten-minute drive from South Beach, Edgartown, Vineyard Haven, and the town of Oak Bluffs.
Ferry tickets are available. Please bring sheets and towels.
