This wonderful, well-maintained, single-family home was built in 2001. Special features include a complete kitchen with Corian countertops, an oven, mixer, blender, microwave, fridge, and freezer. Additional features include three TVs, two VCRs, a computer with AOL (America On-Line), a printer, and a fax-machine. There is a heated swimming pool and a two-car garage. (An 89 Cadillac sleeps in garage -- not for rent.) The home has southern exposure, and overlooks a beautiful golf-course with trees at the end of the view. It's in a gated golf community in a great neighborhood. The large pool-deck allows you to choose between relaxing at the beaches (minutes away and accessible by a free shuttle boat without leaving the community) or at home. Tennis is available at no additional cost. You can exercise your body in the workout-room for free. The clubhouse is great -- and there's another restaurant at the river.
