Wailea condo Rental Property Information

On-Island Owners---We are here ensuring this unit is in perfect condition to welcome you to Maui. Recently painted and furnished, new carpet Jan '08, kitchen and both bathrooms remodeled Aug 2008 (new granite, tile, appliances, etc) This top floor unit has the best panoramic ocean views in Grand Champions of the Pacific Ocean, West Maui Mountains, Kahoolawe, and Molokini. The complex is right on the Wailea Blue Golf Course and next to the Wailea Tennis Center. The condo is 2BR/2 full baths-en suite; 1 on each side of the unit-giving two couples good privacy; approx 1100 sq. ft. This was our second home and we have furnished it lovingly with high end tropical decor. It is fully furnished with linens, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach towels, cooler, etc as well as a fully stocked kitchen, and ceiling fans and air conditioners in each bedroom and the LR.

Wailea is a beautiful planned resort on the south side of Maui, close enough to all of Maui's wonderful attractions yet far enough away for peace and quiet. Beautifully landscaped golf courses abound. Shopping, dining, beach activities, walking, jogging, cycling, surfing, browsing art galleries---you name it, Wailea has it.

I have an umbrella stroller I can make available if you let me know you need it-no extra charge. I can also loan you my spare set of ladies right hand golf clubs at no charge ($250 refundable damage deposit). I can arrange for your rental of pak-n-play or other children's needs with advance notice. The condo has free high speed Internet provided as well as cable TV (there is no computer in the unit). Basic amenities include starter provisions of Dawn dish soap, Cascade dishwasher powder, paper towels, TP, laundry detergent. Whales here November-March; watch them splash from lanai. See turtles year round, zip-line, mechanical surfing/wave pool, Maui Film Festival-June. Beach chairs, beach towels, boogie board, beach mat, rice cooker, BBQ utensils, plastic plates/glasses for pool, cooler, large paperback library, hair dryers, iron/board.***No smoking anywhere including lanai; $250 cleaning fee assessed for smoking in unit or on lanai***Minimum Age Limit for Renters: 25 years

Additional unit and property info This was our 2nd home for several years before we moved to Maui full time. We furnished it lovingly with stylish Island decor. You'll want to eat your meals outside on the spacious lanai and enjoy Maui's fabulous sunsets each evening. The complex has 2 good sized pools and each has a hot tub (spa). There are 2 BBQ areas; 1 at each pool. The Homeowners Association keeps the complex in top shape with luscious tropical landscaping. Off our large lanai (patio) there are stairs down to one of the pools-making the unit unsafe for families with young children but very convenient to get to the pool and to BBQ. Reserved parking right next to the unit; security guard on site from sunset each evening until early morning. Property manager on site. Quiet hours and pool closure enforced 10pm to 8am. During whale season (December through March) you can sit on the large lanai (patio) and watch the whales frolic in the warm waters of Maui.

Additional area information A car is necessary to enjoy Maui properly. Maui's top beaches are a 15 minute walk or a 2 minute drive away. Fabulous shopping is a 1 minute drive or 10 minute walk (we often walk down for an ice cream after dinner). Several restaurants are within walking distance and many, many are within a 10 minute drive. Grocery stores are nearby as is a lovely wine shop. Our visitor book will give you all our favorite places and other helpful information. Golf and tennis discounts available as a Wailea Grand Champion guest. Short drive to multiple resort or muni golf courses. Wailea Tennis center is a 2 minute walk from the unit!

Golf Information: This complex is located on the Wailea Old Blue Golf Course. You can drive to any of 5 courses in a matter of minutes. Many more within 20-45 minute drive. As our guest, you receive a discounted rate at Wailea Golf courses. I have a set of right hand ladies clubs (D, 3W, 5W, 7W, 6H, 7H, 8I, 9I, PW, SW, putter) available at no charge ($250 fully refundable damage/loss deposit). I can also arrange a very nice set of rental clubs for you for $20/day.
