West Naples house Rental Property Information

Location location !! This property is comfortable and well laid out, sleep 6. The main thing is the superb location, which is about the best little street in The Moorings, you can easily in one minute be at all the shops, malls and grocery stores, just 5 minutes to downtown 5th Ave. Olde Naples, 2 minutes to our 2.5 acre Mooring Beach Park. I'm the membership chair, so I can tell you this is a very, very special place, the envy of all Naples. You get a FREE pass to enjoy on your stay. The neighbors are great too. Pets are welcome. This is an older clean home but on one of the larger lots west of 41, over 1/3 of an acre. Nice 30 ft x 15 foot pool. Tastefully decorated. Washer and Dryer. 2 car garage. Outdoor gas grill.

Within 1 minute you have all the shopping one could want from Naples and you can bike to our private beach park or take your car for FREE parking with our pass. Golf course nearby.
