Rates The rates include: taxes, one way airport transfer to the villa, groceries for your first breakfast, Monday - Friday maid service (public holidays excluded), and pool maintenance. Discounts are available for stays extending 10 days or longer. Payment and Cancellation Policy: Visa & Mastercard accepted, No personal cheques accepted. With confirmation of the booking a 50 % deposit is required. The balance is due 6 weeks prior to your arrival. In cases where the reservation is made less than 6 weeks ahead of the arrival time, full payment is requested. For cancellations up to 6 weeks prior to your arrival, we will refund 75 % of your payments. No refunds are made for cancellations within 6 weeks before arrival. In order to avoid loss of deposits and to protect your health, security and valuable investment in your vacation, we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance.
