  • There are 3 bathrooms in the villa. Each 2 bedroom suite has it's own and then there is one in the hallway that the other 2 bedrooms share. There is also a bathroom outside near the pool that is perfect for rinsing the sand off from the beach before you go in to the pool.

  • 6 bedrooms, sleeps maximum of 12 people
  • Villa de La Familia has two, 2 bedroom suites each having it's own bathroom. One suite has a queen bed in each bedroom and the other suite has a queen bed in one room and 2 twin beds in the other room. Plus 2 single bedrooms that share the hallway bathroom. Each having a queen size bed. In total, it has 5 queen size beds and 2 twin size beds able to sleep 12 people. All the bedrooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans. Sometimes when the nights are cool I leave the windows open and let the sound of the ocean waves lull me to sleep. The villa has a unique floor plan, if you are interested, I can e mail it to you.

Villa de La Familia is right up the road from Ocean World ...where you can swim with dolphins, sharks and sting rays. It is a fantastic attraction to visit. They have a coral reef where you can swim and snorkel with beautiful tropical fishes. There is a bird sanctuary and rain forest where you can feed and view parrots, tucans and love birds. Ocean World is a real interactive hands on adventure. Our visits there have been the highlights of our vacations!

You will love swimming under the spectacular stars at night. I can spend hours looking at all the constellations! Don't get me wrong, the nightlife in Puerto Plata is full of energy! You can dance at the disco all night long, enjoy a restaurant, go to the casino, or just walk along the beach....and everything I just mentioned is all within walking distance from La Familia. There is a lot to do and see in the Puerto Plata area too. Whether you choose to be on the go or stay at the villa and relax. I'm sure you will return home with many fond and funny memories!
