This beautiful new four-bedroom 3 bath ranch home is located approximately ten minutes from Disney World. This home has a heated, screen-enclosed, private swimming pool and Jacuzzi® with a covered patio. There are 2 master bedroom suites with king beds and full baths. A large kitchen and dining area make this home great for family vacations! This home overlooks a pond and is tastefully decorated and fully furnished to make your vacation comfortable and relaxing. Enjoy your meals in the complete eat-in kitchen, or in the separate dining room. The large living room has a TV,VCR and DVD. Each master suite also has a TV, VCR and DVD players. This home also has a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer as well as a two-car garage.
Location
This home is very convenient to just about everything. We are about 6 miles from Disney and about 15 minutes from Universal, Sea World and the Convention Center. Getting to Disney is especially easy. You can take the Osceola Parkway for $.50 that takes you right into the Disney complex with no traffic! You can pick up the Osceola Parkway right off Poinciana Blvd where the house is located.
