Our condo in Titusville is located approximately 10 miles from Cocoa Beach, 50 miles to Disney/Universal/Sea World Theme Parks, 10 minutes from Kennedy Space Center, 40 miles to the Orlando International Airport and 20 minutes to Port Canaveral Cruise Terminal and Casino Cruise Ships. It also is five miles to Playa Linda Beach, right on the Atlantic Ocean. Cocoa Beach is a short drive. With a water front view of the Indian River, you have access to all kinds of marina entertainment, boating, watercraft, fishing, jet-skiing, parasailing, kayaking, marine wildlife such as dolphins, manatees and pelicans all swim right below your balcony. The town of Titusville has lots of festivals (antique car shows, antiquing, art festivals, etc.) each weekend. Lots of restaurants within walking distance of downtown and very friendly local residents. Great shopping within a 15 minute radius.
