During the summer of 2008, neither the third floor master bedroom, the first floor library nor the guest suite of this 2,800 Square Foot Georgian Beach house is included in the rental - access to these areas are being closed off and reserved for the owner's storage. You will have full use of the rest of the home which includes, a formal living room, formal dining room, a large chef's dream kitchen, great room, 2nd floor loft with south facing deck and two large bedrooms and two beautiful bathrooms. The large loft and great rooms can accommodate additional beds if required. Enjoy the outdoors sitting on one of the two front porches, or go for a short stroll to take advantage of the activities on the beach, the boardwalk, the shops and the outdoor patios of the restaurants and bars. The granite driveway can accommodate two vehicles.

On warm summer nights, open the skylights and look out at the starry night. On cool nights enjoy the fireplaces and the luxury of warm heated floors. The Beach is a well enjoyed neighborhood and a popular tourist destination located in Toronto’s East end. Known worldwide for the Boardwalk and of course it’s sandy Lake Ontario shoreline, it is also a great all season spot for a cup of coffee, a great dining experience, some fun shopping – or just a nice stroll! The Beach enjoys a high profile in Toronto’s Real Estate market, and properties here enjoy a substantial “location” premium. The avenues are mostly lined with semi-detached and larger Victorian, Edwardian homes from the around 1900 and the 1920s. There are also a good number of newer luxury homes.

Finally there are the Beachers themselves. People like living here – and it shows. There is a wonderful small town atmosphere that surfaces on warm days, cool nights and during events like the Beaches International Jazz Festival or the Beaches Lion’s Easter Parade. Please, we cannot allow smoking anywhere within the house. Check in 4pm and check out by 11am.
