All linens, cookware, and kitchen utensils are included. There is a full bathroom and there is free cleaning service once per week. Some History: In the heart of Quartier Latin and very near to St Germain des Pres, the Rue St Severin is a typical narrow and lively street, with bookshops, cafes, and cafeterias. The best known of the picturesque riverside streets are the medieval rue de la Huchette, and rue St Severin, from which the rue du Chat-qui-Peche (Street of the Fishing Cat) leads to the Quai Saint-Michel. Two churches, Saint-Severin (1489-94), Gothic and humble, and Saint-Julien-le-Pauvre (1165-1220), which belongs to the transitional period between the Romanesque and the Gothic, rise from the tangle of streets. The apartment has a very nice view on the beautiful Church St Severin. The square in front of the church offers one of the finest views of Notre-Dame de Paris.

Home of the Sorbonne since the 13th century, the quarter has come to evoke bookish bohemians scribbling works in-progress in attic apartments and corner cafes. The apartment stands in the heart of the Latin Quarter, just two minutes away from the St Michel metro station and the Seine, and a five-minute walk to Notre Dame.
