Wailea condo Rental Property Information
Wailea Ekahi 33A is a beautiful, romantic, 1,100 square-foot condo in a magnificent lush tropical paradise resort on spectacular Keawakapu beach. Views are of a lush tropical garden with partial ocean and mountain views. Major remodeling to the kitchen and master bath was completed in the Fall of 2003. The master bath now has a heated hot tub/whirlpool bath. There is new furniture in the bedroom, living room, and dining area - December 2005. New remote control air conditioning was installed in September 2005. Tile floors were added in November 2005. Ceiling sound reducing channels and ceiling molding were installed in April 2006. The condo has beautiful tropical decor and many amenities. This downstairs corner unit is in a two-story/six-unit building. Gentle trade winds, cross ventilation, downstairs location, trees, and vegetation keep the condo comfortable. There are ceiling fans and new air conditioning

Maui Rendezvous is in Ekahi, a privately owned condo resort in beautiful Wailea, Maui, Hawaii. Ekahi is in a tropical garden of 2 story condos adjacent to Keawakapu beach. The beach is white sand for swimming and a lava flow for snorkeling. It is also the beginning of a beach walk between the water and the hotels and other properties. Wailea is in the sunny (but not hot) south part of Maui where is rains very little and there is always a tropical breeze to keep you comfortable. Wailea is a planned community so it is beautiful and uncrowded. There are world class golf courses (3), a tennis center, shopping, and restaurants.

Security deposit checks are returned, marked void, when the keys are returned and the condo is verified to be neat and orderly. Confirmations are mailed after the security deposit check has been received. Payment by check is due 30 days prior to arrival. The keys, directions, and information will be mailed.
Cancellation Policy: Deposits will be returned if we are able to rent the days you cancel. Within 1 month of visit, the fee will also be returned if we are able to rent the days you cancel.

About Ekahi 33A: All the amenities of home are included in this luxury condo. It is remodeled and upgraded often. The kitchen is fully equipped with many small appliances as well as a microwave and dishwasher. There is a washer/dryer in the condo. Paper, basic food supplies, and cleaning supplies are included. Remote control air conditioning, fans, and cross ventilation keeps guests comfortable. The 14x20 lanai with propane barbecue, table/chairs and lounge chairs, and sky chair is a wonderful area for dining and relaxing. Sport beach gear, such as boogie boards, snorkel gear, floats, beach chairs, umbrella, beach games, and sand castle building supplies is provided. Housekeeping is included before arrival. The bed is made and towels are provided. Guests are expected to leave the condo neat and orderly. After departure, the housekeeper will wash the linen, make the beds, and clean the condo.
About Ekahi and Wailea: Ekahi is a beautiful 33-acre resort in a magnificent tropical garden on spectacular Keawakapu Beach. Looking at and walking through the beautiful tropically landscaped grounds at Ekahi is a pleasure. Step off the 14 x 20 lanai onto grass, and it's just a three-minute walk through the garden to the beach. Keawakapu beach is one mile long with white sand for swimming, and a lava flow at one end for snorkeling. There is a beautiful free-form swimming pool by the ocean with lounge chairs. The beach pavilion also has a kitchen, charcoal barbecue, bathrooms, and showers. And there are three other more private pools. Wailea is beautiful and uncrowded -- and offers fabulous beaches. Gentle trade winds keep you comfortable. The golf courses and tennis center are world-class, with discounts available for Wailea guests.
Activities on Maui: Maui has extensive activities for everyone. Water sports include swimming, snorkeling, scuba diving, jet-skiing, parasailing, kayaking, surfboarding, windsurfing, kite surfing, and sailing. There are motorboats, sailboats, catamarans, and submarine boat tours to reefs, and the islands of Molokini and Lanai. Engage in water activities and see fish, turtles, dolphins, and whales. The Maui Ocean Center is an aquarium with a wide variety of fish and sea life. Sightseeing at the Haleakala volcanic crater and in the rain forests of Hana and Iao Valley State Park are a 'must' for all visitors. Hiking and bike riding are also popular. Non-water activities include horseback riding, golfing, helicopter tours, and jeep adventures. Sightseeing and shopping in Lahaina is also a 'must'. Maui has many opportunities for outstanding dining.
