Patio is on the sunny side of the condo; they are elevated above the #9 fairway of the Lakes Course with table and umbrella and lounge chairs. These locations are the best in the complex. Two of the condos are just above the #9 putting green and the #1 first tee of the Lakes Course. All of the condos overlook three fairways with marvelous views on the sunny side. No smoking inside. Condos have high speed internet access with Verizon. One condo is pet friendly. There are two condos side by side....these are ideal for four couples; these overlook the 9th putting green and the first tee of the Lakes Course. The condos are all just steps away from the clubhouse. Carports for cars with plenty of guest parking. Swimming pool is just across the parking lot; key is provided for the private pool and hot tub. Further Details for the condo in Central Coast California, California, USA
The new Monarch Dunes Golf Course is close by. We have four properties, all on the 9th fairway of the Lakes Golf Course. Three are large two story units with 3 BR and 2.5 bathrooms; one is one story with 2 bedrooms and one large bath. All properties are fully equipped, full kitchen, all appliances, including washer/dryer, and nice patio with umbrella table and chairs on patio overlooking the 3 fairways. Barbeques included. Each condo is equipped with high speed Internet access by Verizon. All condos are attractively furnished and in excellent condition. Sliding glass doors on the patios have sunshine streaming into living rooms. The clubhouse is just steps away; convenient to walk to your cart and come down and pick up your clubs each morning. We offer you golf vouchers for Blacklake ($55 seven days a week); special rates at Avila Beach, Cypress Ridge, Monarch Dunes, and Marshallia Golf Courses (inc cart).
Patios All patios are elevated about 9th fairway, and you enjoy watching the golfers. Two of the condos are above the 9th putting green and 1st tee of the Lakes course, and this is great entertainment. Three of the condos have propane gas barbecues; the other has a Weber. All patios have tables and chairs, three with umbrellas.
Tourist Information in Pismo Beach Outlet Mall There is a marvelous California Guest Center (there are 13 of them in the State) located at the outlet mall in Pismo Beach. You can plan your entire vacation with their brochures and offers of touring Hearst Castle, the wineries, beaches, Melodrama and theater productions. San Luis Obispo is a university town and has much to offer. Shopping and spa facilities are nearby for the non=golfers. The Sea Lions are a big attraction up near Hearst Castle. Santa Barbara is 90 miles south, Solvang is 50 miles.
Golf Information: Blacklake Golf Course has 27 championship holes of golf. Discounts are offered to on site guests. In addition to Blacklake and Avila Beach (our sister course), there are a number of other options. Nipomo has become a destination for golf, and tee times can be arranged with discounts included. Monarch Dunes is rated one of the top courses in the State and is less than a mile away; Cypress Ridge is about 5 miles, Marshallia (the old Vandenberg course) is now open to the public. Please ask about the rates; they are very attractive. Monthly rates are offered to on site guests at Blacklake and Avila.
