Homes in this coveted and exclusive area--which is just minutes from the ocean--face pedestrian-only “walk streets,” which collectively form a gorgeous botanical garden, with a multitude of stunning flowers, specimen trees, intriguing art pieces, and exceptional architectural design. Many celebrities, musicians, film directors and writers, and other cultural figures call this area home--indeed, Julia Roberts’s house is kitty-corner from ours. Look no further if you want your vacation experience to include culture, beauty, warmth, peace, and relaxation.

Vibrant Venice Our neighborhood is also perfectly situated for your experience of vibrant Venice and all of its hotspots. While at the house, you'll enjoy a peaceful retreat and the beauty of nature, but walk for just a few minutes and you'll arrive at Abbott Kinney, which is the heart of hip Los Angeles. Here you can shop for everything, from clothing to home furnishings, at a wide variety of one-of-a-kind boutiques. When you get hungry, try Wabi Sabi (superb sushi), Primitivo (terrific tapas), Lily's (fantastic French), and many other excellent restaurants and cafes.
