Located in a small village hidden from the main road and just 3 miles from Jaco beach and town, enjoy the best of both worlds in our beautiful villa. Enjoy peace and tranquility surrounded by the tree covered hills with nothing but the sounds of the rainforest - monkeys and exotic birds - to disturb you. Yet you are less than five minutes away from the restaurants, shops, supermarkets and beaches of Jaco and Herradura. Every room has A/C, the house is very modern and just been added to rental market August 2008. Our home is a perfect starting point to explore the Pacific coast of Costa Rica including the stunning Manuel Antonio national park and Quepos town the adventure capital of the region. There are countless activities available within 15 minutes of the house - surfing, rafting, zip lining, hiking, ATV, golf, horse riding, bird watching, canopy trails, aerial tram, butterfly farm and many, many more. A true paradise for the sun worshiper, nature lover or adventure seeker.

Our house is in a rural setting just 3 miles (five minute drive) from Jaco and Herradura beaches. As you can see from the photos, our house is surrounded by hills covered with lush vegetation and exotic wildlife. The sound of birds and monkeys dominate. We enjoy all of the benefits of town life (restaurants, shops, supermarkets, services) with none of the hassle (traffic, noise, crowds). It is impossible to tell when you are at the house, but we are just 1 minute from the main San Jose - Quepos road, providing easy access up and down the Pacific coast. Within literally five minutes of the house are canopy trails, an aerial tram, zip lining, ATV tours, horse riding, golf course, beaches, marina, fishing excursions, surfing and many, many more activities. We feel very lucky!

There are two covered car parking spaces in the house grounds, accessible by remote control gate . We have a small library of holiday reading and Costa Rica guidebooks for your enjoyment while staying at the house. There is a utility room adjoining the kitchen with a washing machine. A large bottle of chilled water will be ready in the cold water dispenser upon your arrival. A local English-speaking contact is available in case of problems or emergencies. The house has a private swimming pool. There are many internet cafes in nearby Jaco. There is cable TV in the house with many US English language stations.
