There are four bedrooms, 3 upstairs, 1 down, 3 bathrooms, 1 downstairs, 1 kids bath, and a master bath with a steam room shower, and deep soaking jacuzzi overlooking the entire pond with mountain views, breathtaking! The house has a deck with grill overlooking the water, yard area, and a safe easy entry into the pond access off your own private dock + steps leading down at the water's edge. The house is all around a very cozy yet modern facilities, it has been completely updated last year with new everything.

The Pond The Pond is a 160 + acre pond which allows all boating activities including water skiing, tubing, kayaking, etc..

Lake Sunapee Lake Sunapee boat launch area and town center is only 5 minutes away.
