Uruguay villa Rental Property Information

This house is nestled in the heart of a fishing village called La Barra. Only three blocks from the famous Bikini Beach, and two blocks from all the restaurants, coffee shops and grocery stores. Surrounded by water you can hear the ocean at night and see sea lions in the day. A five minute walk to a 5 star casino and luxury spa called 'La Mantra.' San Ignacio beach is a 20 minute drive and Punta del Este is a 10 minute drive. Punta has a fishing port where you can buy fresh fish daily. La Barra provides several fruit and vegetable stands to buy your fresh vegetables or for one stop shopping there is a large grocery store with a fabulous bakery and butcher. Open all year round!!

For those looking for something more, there is also a five star casino and luxury spa , lively bars and spectacular sunsets. Punta Del Este is known for it's jet set culture, offering great beaches , shopping and international food, boasting great restaurants , bars and nightlife. Punta is a five minute drive from La Barra along the coast. In the opposite direction lies the famous 'la Huella Restaurant' that sits on San Ignacio beach. The perfect spot to waste a Sunday eating gourmet food and enjoying the surf. Perfectly situated, la Barra offers it all.
