Our home is located just 20 minutes north of Seattle in Mukilteo, an affluent residential community on the Puget Sound. Convenient to everything for a fabulous vacation or business trip. The home is a 1978 daylight rambler totally remodeled with white marble and berber carpets, classic cream and white interior, large picture windows and million dollar views of the beautiful Puget Sound. It is over 4200 sq.ft and divided into an upper level and lower level. The upper level is furnished beautifully and has all the luxuries and conveniences anyone would hope for in a vacation home. The lower level is partially furnished and is not for rent.

Our home is located just 20 minutes north of Seattle in Mukilteo, an affluent residential community on the Puget Sound. Convenient to everything for a fabulous vacation or business trip. The area is local to beaches, marina, fishing, skiing and mountain climbing. Jump on a local ferry and island hop your way through the San Juans or visit Victoria and Vancouver, BC, less than 2 hours away. The new Tulalip Casino is only 20 minutes north if you're in the mood for gaming. Of course downtown Seattle is only 25 minutes south with fantastic sightseeing, museums, fine restaurants, the Aquarium, Zoo, Pike's Market and much more.

Gazebo: On the lower level there is a beautiful Gazebo for your use. We are a dog friendly house. However there is an additional deposit necessary. All pets considered on a case by case basis. The property is safe for children although there is not a great deal of lawn space. Large wide Decks and the Gazebo give plenty of place for children to play. Naturally parents are responsible for their children at all times. Smoking is allowed on he decks and around the property but not in the house.

Approximately . 40 minutes from Airport. 5 minutes to Boeing-Everett, 35 minutes to Microsoft, 30 minutes to Boeing-Renton and all major employers.
