This home has the best location possible! It is located in a Cul De Sac just 5 short minutes from Disney and Hwy 192. Newly refurbished in July 2008 it has a Private screened pool and has a fully fenced garden area which gives total privacy around the pool. There is an air conditioned Games Room fitted with a pool table and an air hockey/table tennis table. All public areas are tiled with carpets in the bedrooms. This fully air-conditioned detached house is light and airy. It has 2 master en-suite bedrooms one with a King bed and the other with a Queen bed. There are 2 twin bedrooms sharing a 3rd full bathroom. The home is furnished in a contemporary style throughout with 2 new (July 2008) 3 seat recliner sets and every conceivable item is supplied, including linens, towels, iron, cooker, dish washer, washer, dryer and more. All common areas are tiled. All Bedrooms have cable TV and the twins have either a DVD or a Play Station 2.
