Featuring seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms, this extraordinary property is the perfect setting for corporate getaways and private retreats. The estate encompasses the original home of late actress Ruby Keeler and singer Al Jolson.
Guests enter the gated private drive lined with palm trees and expansive lawn area. The large foyer welcomes guests into the living area. Food service is a breeze in the vast kitchen, large enough to provide food for a crowd with commercial stove, an island with teppanyaki-style grill, double Sub-Zero fridges and a Sub-Zero freezer. The spacious adjoining living area with fireplace opens out onto the huge front lawn as well as into the courtyard with private salt water pool and a spa.
Interior corridors lead to four guest rooms with king and queen sized beds. An additional guest bedroom with king sized bed and private living area and bath is just off the kitchen. All bedrooms, living room, dining area, entry, have flat panel TVs.
