Closer to Havanna than we are to Miami, Key West is the Southernmost point in the continental United States. Only 4 miles by 2 miles, the island is packed with tourist activities and calm retreats. Our property is located in the Old Town historic district where you can see beautiful Victorian mansions blend with 'conch' cottages. We are two blocks from Ernest Hemingway's home, and two blocks from famous Duval St. Come for the fishing, scuba diving, and beaches, and stay for the night life, nightly sunset celebration, and of course the infamous Fantasy Fest week in October. We are very proud of our home in Key West and take great care of it. You will find everything in excellent condition. If for some reason it is not, you can not only contact our management company to get an immediate fix, but you can contact us (the owners) directly using our website. Our pool is heated in the winter and chilled in the summer. It sits at the end of the complex's beautifully landscaped park. A 10 minute walk takes you to the gorgeous and secluded beach at Fort Zachary Taylor State park, and we include a free family pass for admission to the park. Other Key West attractions are also within a 5-10 minute walk: Hemmingway's house, Duval St, Mallory Square.

About the Truman Annex Encompassing President Harry Truman's 'Little White House', the Truman Annex is a gated community of exceptional homes. The former naval base has been completely renovated into luxury condominiums and private homes. Our condo is 2 blocks from the nightlife and shopping of Duval St., a 10-minute walk to beaches in Ft. Zachary Taylor state park. We include a free family pass for unlimited access to the park. An 8-minute walk to the nightly sunset celebration on Mallory Square. Secure, gated community. Very quiet for sleeping. Private pool for the complex. Reserved off-street parking for one car.
