This four-bedroom home is well designed for spreading out and enjoying privacy. The house has four spacious bedrooms making it easy for sharing by two families. The master bedroom is huge, and its private bathroom has a deep claw-foot tub for long and relaxing baths. The living room is centrally located and has a fireplace, TV and DVD player. It promises many relaxing moments after the outdoor fun of each day. Adjacent to the living room is the dining area. Open the French doors to the sandstone patio with pergola roof. Outdoor relaxing is easy in this peaceful and shaded part of the yard.

The kitchen was upgraded in 2008, and boasts granite counter tops, quality appliances, and a central island which is perfect for casual meals.

The foothill area of Santa Barbara allows for quick access to both the South and North ends of Santa Barbara. Foothill Road will take you either direction with few stops, until you turn down into your desired area. The beach is a 10 minute drive. Drive 3 minutes to La Cumbre Plaza, a fabulous luxury Santa Barbara shopping center. There are also several excellent restaurants in the La Cumbre Plaza area. Downtown Santa Barbara, with its attractions and beaches, is an easy 10 minute drive. Cathedral Vista Retreat is a great place to visit for fun in the Santa Barbara sun.
