    Small pets are only allowed if approved by owners in advance. Breed and weight of pet will be required. Renter must agree to a $200 pet deposit, and agrees to the $12 per day pet fee.
  • The WINTER months are NOT available for monthly rentals, just daily and weekly rentals only. We only have monthly rentals available for May, June, August, September, & October. All other months (November-April) are considered peak season and cannot be rented at a monthly rate. Thanks for understanding!

Daily maid service is not provided, but we can make arrangements for touch-up cleanings during your stay.

This is the right location at the right price!! Surrounded by aspens and evergreens, this charming 1 bedroom condo is walking distance to the slopes and just minutes to historic Main Street. Comfortable and beautifully appointed living room with gas fireplace and TV/DVD player. The full kitchen includes black and stainless steel appliances, granite tile counter tops, microwave, electric stovetop and oven. The master bedroom includes a queen size bed, an amoire with a TV/VCR, a walk-in closet, and a whirlpool tub in the bathroom. Additional sleeping can be found in the fold out couch in living room. There is a half bath is just off the living room, telephones in the kitchen and bedroom, and a laundry room with washer and dryer (perfect for ski storage). Total occupancy is 4-5 persons. Pets under 20 lbs. are allowed if disclosed up front, a daily pet fee will be added to your stay. This is a NON-SMOKING unit.

Ski, Sled, Play, and Stay Winter ski runs and summer hiking trails are all accessible from this beautifully appointed condo set in the heart of Old Town, making it a year-round destination. Walk out the door and Park City Mountain Resort is just across the street - just grab your gear and hit the slopes! Winter visitors will find both skiing and snowboarding ski schools are offered at PCMR, so don't leave the kids at home, bring them with you! Our condo has plenty of room and has the best location in town! Sledding, snowshoeing and sleigh rides are all offered in the Park City area. Minutes from Deer Valley and the Canyons ski areas, just hop on the FREE Park City transit bus system and it will take you to Main Street or the resort of your choice.

Summer visitors can enjoy the weather Main Street is the cultural center of Park City, and is just minutes away - lined with restaurants, art galleries, nightclubs, clothing stores, cafes and exquisite boutiques. Summer visitors will discover a multitude of sports to choose from, all within minutes of the condo. If you are a golfer, play the links at the Park City Golf Club is just down the street, or go mountain biking at Deer Valley resort, then grab a bite at any of the fantastic eateries in Old Town. Take in a free summer concert at Deer Valley or check out the Free Friday night films at City Park, only one block away, sponsored by the Sundance Institute.

Sundance Film Festival People come to Park City for two things -- the Sundance Film Festival and skiing. Within walking distance to the Sundance Institute, Egyptian Theatre, and Library Center Theatre. Please call early, there is a 5 nt minimum for this premium 10 day period.

Golf Information: Park City Golf Club offers a challenging game at one of the state's most enviable locations. Located only 2 blocks away from this 1 BR condo, play on a course that is typically 10 to 15 degrees cooler than most courses in the area - a definite bonus during the hot summer months.
