This island charmer in Key West style is in a perfect location to relax & enjoy the north end of Anna Maria Island; a quiet small town w/everything within walking distance to the best beach area on Anna Maria Island. If you are looking for 'Mayberry', this is it. The community center is next door, w/tennis courts, & community events all year long. Walk to restaurants on the pier. Or walk to the famous Sandbar restaurant located beachside on the Gulf of Mexico. There is free trolley access within 2 blocks. Trolleys run every 20 minutes and go from 1 end of the island to the other. This 1 owner home has been renovated & carefully maintained to make sure your stay is perfect. 2 bedrooms, a bunk room& a sofa bed, makes sleeping 8 very comfortable. It has been updated with new paint, new appliances ceramic tile & beautifully furnished. It is air-conditioned for the warmer days & heated if the air is too chilly. The outside deck is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or evening meal.
