Lincoln City house Rental Property Information

This oceanfront home features a glass-enclosed wrap-around deck, and an incredible 180-degree view from over 40 feet of windows on each floor. Light up the ocean at night with flood light. This newer home features two master suites with king sized beds and private baths with two additional bedrooms with queen-size beds. The home offers togetherness, yet lots of privacy. We gave a large fully-equipped kitchen and a second compact kitchen in the family room. Special features include two fireplaces, two kitchens, fully-equipped outdoor patios, a barbecue, stereo, and a TV, with all linens available.

We have all the amenities of a larger city with upscale restaurants, golf, theater, major brand factory outlet shopping, casino, fresh water lake nearby as well of miles of sandy beach. We are located an easy beautiful drive through the Willamette valley and just under 2 hours from Portland.

40 feet of windows on 2 floors The ocean view is the most incredible view on the Oregon coast. You can see forever with nothing in sight but the ocean and sandy beach from inside our home and the wrap around glass enclosed deck. Fantastic for whale watching and playful dolphins and seals. Also light up the waves at night!!

Golf Information: We are surrounded with many beautiful golf courses from 1 mile to a 15 mile radius. The green fees are moderate to very inexpensive with varying degrees of challenge.
