This villa, so very close to the beach, is set on a half acre of tropical landscaping. It is the perfect place if you are looking for relaxation, privacy, peace and quiet, but yet be a short drive away to restaurants and shopping. Truly a unique location. Within a few minutes walk you will find yourself at Mainsota Beach with it's calm seas and beautiful white sand. The beach area has lots of parking if you wish to drive. There are covered picnic/barbeque tables, benches to just sit and watch the water, restroom and shower facilities and a lifeguard on duty.

This home was just completely renovated and remodeled by one of the area's premier contractors. When you walk in the front door you will see the large open floor plan with new tile through out the entire house. The kitchen was relocated to the back of the house to take advantage of the pool and intercoastal views. Activities include golf, fishing, boating, jetsking. Rent a pontoon boat and explore the intercoastal and bay. And of course we are only 2 hours away from Walt Disney World, Universal Studios and Sea World in Orlando. A 1 1/2 hour north will get you to tampa's Busch Gardens.
