  • VALUE SEASON:$165.00/NIGHT;$990/WK + tax and $ 65 res. fee.

    REGULAR SEASON: $185.00/Night (3 night min.) $1100.00/Week + tax & Res. fee $ 65.00. 2 night minimum January through May and September except Holiday weekends; 3 night minimum August 16th thru August 31st, November and December except Premier and Holiday Seasons.




    PREMIER SEASON: $200.00/Night (3 night min.) $1200.00/Week + Tax + $ 65 res.fee . 2 night minimum Valentine's Weekend; 3 night minimum Memorial Day Weekend, Labor Day WeekendJune 1st thru August 15th and October.

    HOLIDAY SEASON: $220.00/Night $1320.00/Week + Tax & $ 65 res. fee. 7 night minimum Thanksgiving season;
  • 12.75 % Lodging Tax, $ 65.00 reservation fee, $ 75.00 non refundable pet fee per dog under 25 lbs.
