Tankah villa Rental Property Information

Casa Escocesa is a beautiful oceanfront villa located on a sandy beach on Tankah, just north of Tulum on the Mayan Riviera. Turtles nest on the beach from May to September. The villa boasts a high quality finish-out and is tastefully decorated with brand new furnishings. It has approximately 4,000 sq.ft. of living area, 1,000 sq.ft. of covered terraces overlooking the ocean, and a sparkling 30' ocean side swimming pool. Casa Escocesa features an enormous gourmet kitchen with large island, granite countertops and stainless appliances. The 4 bedrooms all have en suite bathrooms, two with flat panel TVs and offer gorgeous views of the Caribbean. The large living room comfortably seats up to 12 people. The spacious den upstairs has a 50” Plasma TV, desk/computer, and exercise area with treadmill. The villa is state of the art with a full security system, distributed audio throughout the house (bring your iPod!), lighting system, and individually cooled rooms for your complete comfort.

Tankah IV is a small, tranquil Caribbean ocean front development located between Akumal and Tulum on the beautiful Mayan Riviera. The beach is a nesting area for turtles in the months of May to September. There are three restaurants and a cenote for snorkeling and diving, all located in Tankah. The main highway is only two miles away and offers easy access to both Akumal and Tulum for shopping, banks and grocery stores.

    Security deposit of $1,000 is required in advance for all rentals. Deposit will be refunded within two weeks of rental, less any holdback for breakages or damages.

    All rates include a maximum of 8 adults or 6 adults and 4 children. Additional guests will be charged $500 per guest.
  • Rental dates may be secured with a 50% deposit, due within 5 business days of written or verbal communication of the reservation. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. A rental agreement will be required to be signed upon confirming reservation.

    Written confirmation, house and local area information, and directions will be sent upon receipt of deposit.

    Check-in time is 4.00pm on day of arrival. Check-out time is 11.00am on day of departure.
