East Brookfield house Rental Property Information

Your house on the lake is a one level ranch style duplex home. Renter side is the very private water side. The back deck, yard, & driveway is the exclusive use of renter. The other unit facing the road is the owner's home and home office. Your house on the lake rental sleeps 4 and has 2 Bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen), approximately 1000 sq ft., front load washer & dryer, large kitchen (cooking utensils provided), refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, electric range, under-counter TV with CD & DVD player. Living Room amenities: leather reclining coach, TV, stereo, & DVD player and large sliders to deck. For additional outside entertainment walk out the sliding glass door off the living room/kitchen and enjoy the huge 30 x 10 deck with table, umbrella, chairs/lounges, and gas grill. A few steps down brings you to the backyard with private beach and dock. Bring your boat, Jet Ski, or sail boat and tie up at your house on the lake. Pets may be ok ask proof of shots required. This rental is a unique waterfront rental in that the huge 30' x 10' dock actually over hangs the lake. This is a large full recreational lake that is over 300 acres. There is a public boat ramp and we have a dock to moor at. The fall is also a beautiful time to visit for the foliage and in the winter for ice fishing tournaments and snowmobiling. There is a man who does hot air balloon rides over the lake, too. We have 3 kayaks and 1 canoe for renter use. We are also close to the Brimfield Antique Show if you are looking for loading. Bring your boat, jet ski, fishing boat, whatever and have a blast!!
