Townhouse has Convertible bed(s). Beautiful backyard with view of Golf Fairway. Sebring in Sun N' Lakes - Golf and Country Club. This spacious, private and quiet two-story townhouse accommodates up to seven people. This is a great place to relax and have some good clean fun. Across the house there is a beautiful lake with a gazebo. The backyard has a direct view to the golf course (fairway). You can also pick some oranges from the trees, barbecue or lay back and relax while drinking your favorite beverage (i.e. orange juice, lemonade, coffee, etc). Inside you can all enjoy yourselves and spend quality time with your family as there are board games, a large DVD and VHS movie collection, music, books or you can just sit back and relax and talk with your friends and family.

URGENT UPDATES: There is the Sun 'N Lake Country Club Snack Bar within walking distance. You have access to the tennis courts. CURRENTLY THERE IS NO POOL AS IT IS BEING RECONSTRUCTED. There is no cleaning service available as this is not a hotel. This is an actual townhouse that I own and rent out. THE PROPERTY MUST BE LEFT IN THE EXACT CONDITIONS AS WHEN YOU RECEIVED IT (CLEAN).

IMPORTANT NOTES: 1. Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. 2. NO Smoking Allowed. 3. No Pets Allowed: We will ONLY allow SMALL pet dogs & cats if they weigh 20 lbs or less. There will be an additional charge for small pets. Charge: NON REFUNDABLE one time flat fee of $150.00 which is paid upfront. Golf Information: Golf Courses at Sun N' Lake. There are 2 golf courses that pertain to the Sun 'N Lake golf community. 'Deer Run' which one of its fairways runs through our backyard and 'Turtle Run' which is also nearby. It is not difficult at all to get tee times. Simply call the Sun 'N Lake Golf Club at (863) 385-4830 to schedule tee times. The golf club runs several specials. Here are some that they are currently running (call to check updates). Special #1: $19 dollars plus tax per person for 18 holes and a bucket of balls. Special #2: If tee time is 3PM or later, $15 dollars plus tax per person for 18 holes and a bucket of balls. Special #3: Tuesdays & Sundays, 2 for the price of 1. Special #4: $25.00 plus tax for all day access to the Driving Range and Clubs. (18 Holes of Golf not included!) URGENT!!!
