The luxuriously furnished villa will have 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and an over-sized private screened heated pool and spa. There is a sofa bed situated in the family room that sleeps an additional 2 persons if required. It will comfortably accommodate up to 12 people. Full size Billiard Pool table, football table, Gas BBQ, free high speed Internet, Cable TV, DVD, VCR, Game Cube. Separate dining area and breakfast nook in fully-equipped kitchen. 30' X 15' heated private pool has been extended to give you extra enjoyment. There is also an hot tube for the ultimate in relaxation. It is fully screened to keep the bugs out but allows the sunshine in. Patio furniture is provided. The pool also comes fitted with a child safety fence. Gated community with Playground, Tennis Court and 10 Minutes to Major Disney Theme Parks Our vacation home is fully licensed by the State of Florida. It is maintained by a professional management company that maintains 24/7 services for the guest.

Deposits The payment is due with signed agreement. The premises shall be reserved under renter's name as soon as the deposit reaches owner. Please note any oral reservation shall not lock up the property. One week after checkout date, the deposit shall be sent back to renter. In case the property has any damage that leads to repair, the deposit may not be fully returned.

Policies Total rent payment is due in full with the signed agreement if signing date of this agreement is within 45 days of the check-in date above, otherwise due two weeks from the check-in date above. Cashier's check, money order and traveler's check are preferred, personal check is accepted under certain conditions.

Refunds Cancellation: If renter cancels reservation, security deposit will be refunded in full only if the cancellation occurs at least two months prior to the check-in date. The security deposit will not be refunded if the cancellation notice reaches owner within a month period prior to check-in date. A written notice is needed in the form of a letter or email. Cancellation occurred within one month of check-in date due to an unexpected health reason is permissible but a doctor's letter is needed to get the full refund.

Golf Information: If you like a round of golf you'll be in heaven! There are over 20 courses to be found within a 3 to 20 min drive including the award winning southern dunes and champions gate courses.
