Luxury spacious 4 Bedroom 3 Bathroom Villa with two master suites and large private screened heated pool. 1700 sq ft with Pool.
Two master suites with walk-in closets, 20 inch cable TV. Both have queen size bed. Third and fourth bedroom has two twin size beds. All bedrooms have linen, towels, hangers, and blankets. You can find extra linen, blankets, and towels in the closet.
Living room has a queen size sleeper sofa for sitting during day and sleep during the night. Spacious Great Room has large sofa, love seat and coffee table. There are one 27inch flat screen TV with cable channels and DVD player, VCR and alarm clock/radio. Free Internet access including wireless access.
All bedrooms with TV (100 cable channels).
The fully fitted large kitchen with dining area has a large size refrigerator with ice maker, electric stove, oven, microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker, phone and dishwasher. The large formal dining table has six chairs with it.

Policies This payment is due in full with the signed agreement if signing date of this agreement is within 45 days of the check-in date above, otherwise due two weeks from the check-in date above. Cashier's check, money order and traveler's check are preferred, personal check is accepted under certain conditions.
Deposits The security deposit shall be the sum of two hundred US Dollars (US$200.00). The payment is due with signed agreement. The premises shall be reserved under renter's name as soon as the deposit reaches owner. Please note any oral reservation shall not lock up the property. One week after checkout date, the deposit shall be sent back to renter. In case the property has any damage that leads to repair, the deposit may not be fully returned.
Refunds Cancellation: If renter cancels reservation, security deposit will be refunded in full only if the cancellation occurs at least two months prior to the check-in date. The security deposit will not be refunded if the cancellation notice reaches owner within a month period prior to check-in date. A written notice is needed in the form of a letter or email. Cancellation occurred within one month of check-in date due to an unexpected health reason is permissible but a doctor's letter is needed to get the full refund.
