3 queen bedrooms, one bedroom with 2 twins, third floor with one queen on one end and a full and two singles on the other(can be made up as two singles or a double/queen). Huge deck overlooking Lake Champlain and the Adirondack mountains with dock. New! We have added two kayaks to the house for your enjoyment. A soft tub hot tub is available late spring through early fall (included). Wireless broadband Internet. . All new appliances, washer, dryer, refrigerator, stove, microwave and dishwasher. New water system.
