3 queen bedrooms, one bedroom with 2 twins, third floor with two double futons in a huge loft on third floor plus trundle bed. Huge deck overlooking Lake Champlain and the Adirondack mountains with dock. New! We have added two kayaks to the house for your enjoyment. A soft tub hot tub is available late spring through early fall (included). New Available this June 08: Wireless broadband Internet. All new appliances this year including front loading washer.

Skiing Information: Less than one hour from....... Whiteface Mountain in New York site of 2 winter Olympics. Smugglers Notch Vermont repeatedly voted best family ski area for several years yet also has Vermont's largest vertical drop and triple black diamond slopes Stowe, Sugarbush and Jay Peak slighly over one hour Multiple crosscountry resorts including world famous Trapp Family Lodge (of 'Sound of Music' fame) .

Golf Information: Two golf courses on the islands one is 1.3 miles away.
