Galveston house Rental Property Information

Unfortunately, Hurricane Ike did a number on the west end of Galveston, but the Sea Biscuit made it through fine. We are currently in the final stages of completing work under the house, as the living area did not sustain damage. Starting November 15th,our preference is to rent our home on a monthly basis for a flat $1,800 a month or $100 a night with a 7 night minimum. We have broadband internet access, big screen tv with satellite, dvd player, washer and dryer, surround sound with an IPOD connection, old school Super Nintendo games and board games of different types. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, coffee maker, toaster oven, microwave, griddle and a full size refrigerator.

Our home is located in Isla del Sol, a deed restricted neighborhood located 15 miles from the seawall, which means you are close enough to the action, but far enough away to have peace and quiet. The beach is close to the house and the bay is one house away as you can see from the pictures. Although the beach is 6 blocks away, we will allow licensed drivers the ability to use our golf cart to get there. This is a fun, hassle-free way to enjoy the beautiful, uncrowded beaches. The neighborhood also has a private fishing pier. This pier is a great place to catch flounder and a lot of fun for kids and adults alike. Galveston Island has an endless supply of fun things to go to like Schlitterbahn, Moody Gardens and the Strand.
