Midtown Manhattan apartment Rental Property Information

You are looking at a brand new luxury duplex apartment in midtown Manhattan. The apartment is located in the heart of a highly sought-after area known as 'Hells Kitchen'. It is about a 7 minute walk from Time Square and the famous Broadway theater district. It is only a few blocks away from the subway station. The duplex apartment has a large kitchen, full-size bathroom, dining and sleeping area on the top level. A wooden spiral staircase takes you down the lower level which includes living and a second sleeping area, and a half-size bathroom. The lower level also provides an entrance to a large private outdoor patio. Together, the two levels have a nearly 1000 square feet in living area. The two sleep areas are sectioned off by opaque curtains to maintain privacy. We also provide bath towels, soaps, shampoo and bottled water for your entire stay.
