Venice condo Rental Property Information

The Molino Stucky Condominium and the New Molino Stucky Hilton are in the same building, with the Hilton occupying the left side and the Condominium occupying the right side (please see the picture on the left). The same developer did both, so we share the same marble bathrooms, large air conditioned rooms and other amenities. The main difference is that the Hilton charges a minimum of € 400 per day for a Room, and we charge much less for an Entire Apartment. My condominium is located in a charming 18th century building on the largest canal in Venice. Watch the parade of boats, from gondolas and private launches to vaporettos and ocean liners, from the privacy of your window. See Piazza San Marco's bell tower and the Salute Church. Watch the people on the Zattere in Dorsoduro on the other side of the canal going to and fro among the traditional three-pronged Venetian street lights. In the evening, look at the sun set over the stunning snow-capped Dolomites.

Fully Equipped American Style Kitchen Cooking is a nice way to save money when traveling with a large family, and we try to make it as easy as possible. My kitchen is fully equipped, including all pots, pans, silverware, glasses and dishes that you could possibly need. All this and a dishwasher to clean up with after your meals. I have also provided color TVs and a stereo with a CD player, as well as an iron and ironing board. The apartment is also provided with its own mobile phone. Finally, when renting a private home in Venice, always be careful to ask if there is an elevator. The great majority of Venetian buildings have no elevator because the Landmarks Ministry (the 'Belle Arte') forbids their installation in antique buildings. As a result, bringing a family with luggage up several flights of stairs can present quite a problem. This has been solved in our building by the installation of two fully automatic elevators for your convenience.

Sunny and Bright with Incredible Views My apartment is sunny and bright, and has stunning water And mountain views. It is strictly non-smoking, and family owned and operated. In short, I have remodeled and furnished this apartment to my own high standards because I am a mother and my kids spend about three months a year here in Venice occupying it.
