Located within short walking distance to City Market this wonderful home is minutes away from Sol Vista Ski Area and two golf courses. The central location of this home allows easy access to all attractions. Hot Sulfur springs is a 15 minute drive. Winter Park Ski Resort is a 25 minute drive or you can take the free ski bus. There are miles of X/C skiing terrain within short distance at Sol Vista, Snow Mountain Ranch, and Devil’s Thumb. Lake Granby, Shadow Mountain, and Grand Lake are all within a 15 minute drive.
