Beaches Surfside Beach, Huntington Beach State Park and Litchfield Beaches are all within minutes of the house. Murrells Inlet Marsh Walk is less than 5 miles away. View native wildlife along the romantic one mile boardwalk. The Marsh Walk is also home to many Lowcountry restaurants, from casual to upscale; you will enjoy live music, nightly as well. Ocean Sightseeing and Dolphin Watch cruises, kayaking, SCUBA diving and parasailing are all available; as well as jet ski and boat rentals and chartered fishing trips.

Shopping On your way to shopping in Pawley's Island, you can stop in at Brookgreen Gardens where a beautiful collection of sculpture by American artists is showcased among a canopy of live oaks and native plants and flowers. Open daily. Charleston is about 2 hours South on HWY 17.

Entertainment Just a few minutes north in Myrtle Beach there is fantastic shopping and dining at Broadway at the Beach. Murrells Inlet is truly in the middle of all the action on the Grand Strand!
