This 1,900 square foot Tahoe Donner cabin with three bedrooms and three full bathrooms will sleep 8 to 10 comfortably . With an open floor plan, the living room, dinning room and kitchen all meld together bearing a nice warm atmosphere for family and friends. Enjoy the crisp mountain air from the tree filled area and walk out the door to local trails for hikers and mountain bikers. There is more to do around the area then can be accomplished in a week or a month or even a lifetime if one should be so lucky. Enjoy both a wood burning stove and radiant heating system in the winter time and comfortable warm weather in the summer time. The cabin is located at the beginning of Tahoe Donner, making the travel to and from a breeze. Five major ski resorts are located within 15 miles of the cabin. Donner lake is located just down the street with private amenities available to all guests. A Rec. Center and multiple pools are available to all guests. A private golf course and horse equestrian center are also some of the amenities available to guest of the Tahoe Donner. Old town Truckee is just a short drive and has all the amenities of a small quaint town including shops, restaurants and entertainment. The uniqueness about Tahoe Donner is the openness to trails and other outdoor activities right from the door step of the cabin. Come enjoy and explore the wonderful outdoors in this mountain town!

Main Floor Description The main floor includes an open kitchen, dining and family area with a wood burning stove, large deck, bedroom with a bunk bed (twin on top and full on the bottom), a full bath, laundry room and a two car garage. The kitchen is fully stocked with hardware and includes all major appliances. There is a large table that seats up to six, and two bar countertops for additional seating. The entertainment center in the family room contains a large wide screen HDTV with high definition cable, stereo, VHS, DVD and CD players. The laundry room contains a washer/dryer and iron/ironing board. Also, for families with young children, a booster seat, an exersaucer and 2 child gates for the stairs are available.

Upstairs Description The second floor includes a landing with a full-size futon, two bedrooms and two full bathes. The first bedroom has a queen size bed and a Jacuzzi tub with shower. The second bedroom has a queen and a full-size bed with two bathroom sinks and a walk-in shower. Both bedrooms have their own TV and DVD players. All linens are included (even flannel sheets for all beds in the winter).
