Location This luxury home is located near the famous resort of Kaanapali, the first well-planned resort development, with many luxury resorts, in Maui. All the famous Kaanapali beaches are within a walking distance of this property. Many dining establishments, luxury resort-shopping, are just a few blocks away. The property has a wrap-around elevated deck, which offers spectacular views. The Kaanapali golf course runs in the backyard of the house. There is an outdoor patio, with night-time lighting, adjoining the golf course, for a relaxing evening setting. The pool is welcoming, with a spacious pool-deck.

Views & Floor Plan This luxury villa offers spectacular ocean/golf/mountain views from every room in the house. The unique floor plan consists of two octagons joined by a square. Each octagon has a large living room, with a conversation pit in one living room. The entire house ( living rooms/bedrooms/bathrooms) have hardwood/marble/travertine flooring. The walls of all the three bathrooms are also tiled with travertine. The kitchen has all-steel appliances. This property offers resort-style living at its best.
