Yosemite National Park house Rental Property Information

Welcome to the Fiske Studio! This spacious split-level home is in a private development known as Yosemite West, centrally located to many park attractions. The lower level features the Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen and Master Bedroom with Bathroom, with an open floor plan that promotes friendly interaction. The Kitchen is fully-equipped with all the amenities, everything but the food! The Master Bedroom opens off the Living Room through accordion doors and features a Queen size bed, walk-in closet and Bath. The Outside Deck, accessed from the Living Room, is equipped with a gas BBQ and chairs for cozy seclusion amid the tree's of the lovely forest. The upper level features Twin Lofts overlooking the area below-a nice getaway for solitary pursuits. There is also another Bedroom with 2 full size Beds and Bath. There are 2 satellite televisions, one upstairs and one downstairs, both with DVD players. There is off-street parking for 3 cars.

Rental Rates for the house in Gold Country / High Sierra, California, USA



Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • $200/night to $500/night
  • Oct.-April $200.00/ night, up to 4 persons.
    May-Sept.$400.00/ night, up to 4 persons.
    $25.00 each additional person including children 4 yrs. and older.
    Children 3 yrs. and younger stay free.
    $500.00/ night flat rate for all applicable Holidays.
    6 person maximum.
    Rates subject to Mariposa County Bedtax.
    To reserve the dates you desire to stay, a $500.00 cleaning/security deposit is required. Reservation dates will not be held without a deposit. This deposit provides against any damage you may incur to the rental property and/ or excessive uncleanliness during your stay, and is fully refunded provided there hasn't been anything taken or damaged and you have upheld the rental agreement including the clean-up procedure and no smoking and no pets policy.
    This is a no smoking and no pets facility. If you smoke in or around rental property or bring a pet you will lose the entire $500.00 deposit.
  • SECURITY DEPOSITS ARE REFUNDED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF CHECK-OUT, PROVIDED ABOVE STATED PROCEDURES ARE UPHELD.
    Balance is due in full 30 days before check-in. If you cancel within 30 days but before 7 days of arrival, we will refund your money minus a 10% cancellation fee. If you cancel within 7 days of arrival, we charge 100%, unless re-booked by another party, then we refund your money minus a 10% cancellation fee.
    If you make a reservation within 30 days of arrival but before 2 days of check-in, we give a 2 day grace period before we charge you, after that the above stated cancellation policy rules apply.
    If a reservation is canceled at any time the cleaning/security deposit will be refunded within 30 days of cancellation. Thank you.
