Payment Payment: A deposit of $200 is due when reservation is made. Balance of half deposit must be received within 7 days from the date the reservation is made. This payment can only by made by Cash or Credit card.

Cancellation Cancellation: Cancellation should be made in writing. A cancelled reservation, after deposit has been made will result in loss of that deposit. Unless notified Guests arriving more than twenty-four hours late will lose all deposit money and forfeit all rights to the property. No refunds due to 'Acts of God.'
