Yosemite National Park house Rental Property Information
The Hutchings House is a 3 story duplex. The second and third levels are for guests use. The first level is retained for our housekeeper. This spacious mountain lodge is situated in Yosemite West.
The fully-equipped kitchen, Dining Area and Living Room, have an open floor plan to accommodate your family with ease. The Living Room has a beautiful rock fireplace, satellite television with DVD player, and the sliding glass door provides access to a large deck equipped with a gas BBQ and 2 tables with chairs.
Down the hall is access to 2 Bedrooms, each has a Queen Sized bed and Built-in drawers with mirror. One has a private Bath; the other has a shared Bath. These Two Bedrooms share a deck with 2 tables and chairs.
Upstairs is the 3rd Bedroom, shared Bath and Den. This Bedroom has Two Queen-Sized Beds, a Built-in drawer with mirror and a small balcony. The Den has 3 comfortable chairs, satellite television with DVD/VCR and also a small balcony.

Rental Rates for the house in Gold Country / High Sierra, California, USA
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $250.00 to $450.00 per night
- Oct.-April $250.00/ night, up to 4 persons.
May-Sept.$450.00/ night, up to 4 persons.
$25.00 each additional person including children 4 yrs. and older.
Children 3 yrs. and younger stay free.
8 person maximum.
$600.00/ night flat rate for all applicable Holidays.
Rates subject to Mariposa County Bedtax.
To reserve the dates you desire to stay, a $500.00 cleaning/security deposit is required. Reservation dates will not be held without a deposit. This deposit provides against any damage you may incur to the rental property and or excessive uncleanness during your stay, and is fully refunded provided there hasn't been anything taken or broken and you have upheld the rental agreement including clean-up procedure and no smoking and no pets policy.
This is a no smoking and no pets facility. If you smoke in or around rental property or bring a pet you will lose the entire $500.00 security deposit.
- SECURITY DEPOSITS WILL BE REFUNDED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF CHECK-OUT PROVIDED THE ABOVE STATED PROCEDURES ARE UPHELD.
Balance is due in full 30 days before check-in. If you cancel within 30 days but before 7 days of arrival, we refund your money minus a 10% cancellation fee. If you cancel within 7 days of arrival we keep 100%, unless re-booked by another party, then we refund your money minus a 10% cancellation fee..
If you make a reservation within 30 days of arrival but before 2 days of check-in we give a 2 day grace period before we charge you, after that the above stated cancellation rules apply.
If a reservation is canceled at any time the cleaning/security deposit will be refunded in full. Refunds are returned within 30 days of cancellation. Thank you.
