  • Spacious all tile, both bathrooms include bath, shower and toilet. The master bath has a bidet and double lighted mirrors and ample storage space. Leading into the second bathroom is a laundry area with washer and wall mounted dryer, ironing equipment, lighted mirror over sink and ample counter space. This bathroom is at the foot of the loft stairs.

  • Air conditioning is in the great room and the upstairs loft bedroom; the other large bedrooms are cool due to the ample sea breezes through floor to ceiling windows and wooden louvers. The master bedroom is large,well ventilated, has an en suite, ceiling fan and overlooks the river with direct access to the private pool. The second bedroom has ceiling fan and is well ventilated with access to private patio and pool. The third, upstairs loft bedroom has two singles and has air conditioning. Both downstairs rooms have queen beds. Additional mattress can be arranged. Ample towels and linens are kept in the bathroom. Large armoire holds his and hers hanging clothes and drawers for storage as well as a sitting area, desk/chair and glass enclosed book shelf. The second bedroom has large dresser/drawers and hanging rack for clothes. Loft has shelf and hanging rod.

Villa Traffic And Extras Located in exclusive area of Pacific Harbour, 5 minutes walk from one of Fiji’s top beaches with another spectacular beach within 5 minutes drive. A short distance from the South Pacific Pearl Championship Gold Course (designed by Robert Trent Jones). Beautiful tiled pool. Positioned to catch the tropical breezes, with doors that fold open across a large covered veranda. Ideal for hosting guests and indoor-outdoor living. Beautiful native hardwood floors throughout. AC in Great Room and upstairs loft bedroom. Within walking distance of many stores and local attractions. Maid service on request, pool and grounds maintenance included. Staff to assist if needed. Special equipment ie baby crib and highchair, CD and DVD library and games can be arranged. Weekly rate includes garbage, water, sewer, broadband, phone (resp for calls). Electricity is expensive in Fiji and conservative measures are encouraged as it is not included in rates. Long-term rental agreements are considered.

Gardens And Jetty Stroll through the gardens of tropical fruit and flowers. In season you will find papaya, avocado, saursop, bush oranges, lemons, limes, pineapple, bananas , passion fruit and custard apples. Anthirium, cycads, bromeliads, bird of paradise and orchids dot among various palm trees. The stone sea wall and patio approach the jetty for feeding fish, throwing out a line or anchoring a watercraft. Following the canal around this island within an island takes you to the mouth of the river and ocean, just moments away.

Golf Information: The golf course nearby was designed by the great golf course architect, Robert Trent Jones. in the early 1970’s . It is a long and challenging championship layout that hosted major tournaments in the years after it was built. It rated as one of the top courses in the world at the time. In the years 2007 to 2008, the owners of the golf course, The Pearl South Pacific Hotel, spent millions of dollars restoring the course and its’ greens to their original grandeur. The course layout brings players through pristine and secluded fairways that follow the natural jungle and work ones way around the mountain and waterway terrains of Pacific Harbour. It is possible to walk directly the half mile to the splendid club house with its beautiful tropical views and enjoy a meal or drinks there in a relaxing, lovely ambiance. Prices are very reasonable.
