Riverdale house Rental Property Information

Booked for the Inauguration, pending deposit payment. Please check the calendar for other dates, it is always updated. Come to town for the lighting of the National Christmas Tree! Festivities run from December 4 through January 1. Spacious, elegant, comfortable house convenient to Washington, D.C. and Baltimore. Short walk to commuter train (MARC) that runs from Washington's Union Station (a 12-minute ride) to Baltimore's Camden Station. Or take the bus to the Washington area's subway (Metro). Very convenient to Maryland, Catholic, Trinity, Howard Universities. Huge fenced yard with swings, screened porch, picnic table, gas grill. Separate thermostats in each room. Walk to weekly farmers market, restaurants, shops, historic Riversdale Mansion. Bike to National Arboretum, College Park Aviation Museum, Lake Artemesia, Bladensburg waterfront. Driveway plus plentiful on-street parking. Payment accepted through PayPal / credit cards.
